This villa is a traditional stone house built on a nature habitat. It has private garden and it's located in the centre of Nikiti. The house is about 2 minutes walk to the beach-sea. It is guaranteed to offer the family great relaxation. We are sure you will enjoy your vacation. The house can accommodate a total of 6 guests. On the ground floor there is an open space with a cozy living room for lounging, a fully equipped kitchen for everyday cooking and WC. On the upper floor there are three comfortable double bedrooms with balconies and a big bathroom with washing machine. Outside there is a private garden with a dining table, ideal for relaxing as well as serving as playground for children. There is also a barbecue area in the back yard The villa is full air-conditioned.

A great stay, giving the fact that the house is not on the main street you can have peace and quiet all this while having to walk only 2-3 minutes to the beach. The host was very nice and a great communicator. Thank you!

Amazing house and great host! I am using Airbnb for years, and this was one of the rare places where we had everything we needed inside the house! It felt like home! It is 3min walk to the closest beach and 5min ealk to the main pedestrian zone so it is located very well! The host was very responsive with messages and she was there for everything we needed! Thanks again! We will come back again!
