This was a large family group and the house was totally as described and fit for purpose We had a great family gathering and the house was well located for use of the metro to Newcastle and the wider region

Great location for us as close to metro, Asda and Aldi, plus brilliant fish and chips and an excellent Italian (we didn't get to try the pub up the road, nor the nearby swimming pool). The house has rather an institutional feel (lots of no smoking signs etc) and the style is mixed - the light-up flowers in the kitchen were a surprise! Importantly the four big bedrooms were clean and comfortable - we didn't need to use the smaller one but presume that's the same. The heating was excellent, ditto the hot water. The dining/sitting room was more comfortable than we had expected from the photos. There were a few bits and pieces that needed fixing but Tina was very responsive and I understand that these were to be sorted straight away. It was excellent value for the price, even for only 4 of us, and we enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious accommodation, there was plenty of room for the six adults that were in our party...plenty of shops in walking distance....parking at property could be a little awkward if you have a larger vehicle,but plenty of on road parking nearby Tina is a very responsive host,gets back really quick,we has an issue that was responded to and dealt with promptly... would definately recommend
