Great spot for a stay in Alassio, right near the beach.

Horrific. Where do I start… 1. Upon arrival the apartment was not clean: very dusty and dirty floors 2. Furniture, paint work, sofa, beds are all old and STAINED. Complete lack of care 3. Kitchen very basic, no oven and no dishwasher 4. Bathrooms: unhygienic and very old. The toilet seat in the bottom bathroom was on the floor and not installed. There was also no shower curtain, the water went constantly on the floor and big stains in the bathtub. 5. Downstairs bedroom was humid, cold and dark. In general: the owner had left all the personal belongings in the cupboard including dirty bed covers and carpets left in the corner of the room. Obviously the owner does not care and is greedy. On arrival: no WiFi, but worst of all the apartment needed to be cleaned so we needed to leave the apartment the next day for 2h so that the cleaning company could come in at 8:30 AM and no refund for the cleaning fee (150€) was offered! Only positive aspect: location and availability from the agency (happy rentals) who eventually provided a WiFi machine (which did not work very well) and installed the toilet seat. Do I recommend this place: ABSOLUTELY NOT.
