First I need to talk about the place. Excellent cottage with a lot of room, king bed super comfortable, a lot of outside space to chill and enjoy the weather, really good bathroom and kitchen. Location is perfect, right next to I95, and been able to park inside the property is a plus Last but not least Marsha was an awesome host, I texted her and got a reply almost instantly, as a frequent airbnb customer I value since not everyone is like that.

We enjoyed our 2-month stay. Marsha’s place was comfortable and completely met our needs for a long term stay. Marsha was always responsive to any questions and/needs. She provided everything you need. Living room had comfortable seating and good quality TV with Roku access to most streaming apps. Kitchen had all necessities including microwave, range, toaster, coffee maker, most cooking utensils and dishes, place settings and pots and pan. No dishwasher. King size bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water from the on demand hot water heater. I walked around the neighborhood daily. Everyone I met was friendly. The neighborhood has a lot of feral chickens and roosters. They didn’t really bother me, even when they did their ‘rooster thing.’ Gives a good character. Honestly, the arms of the sofas are worn. Many thanks to Marsha and Andre for providing a clean and comfortable to stay in Miami.

The place was clean, as described, in order and stocked with everything you'd need to get started. Close to everything and centrally located. The house is secure and safe. The off street parking will not fit a larger vehicle such as a truck, large sedan or minivan but there is street parking with dedicated shoulders for parking. Parked on the street with no issue. During the day the neighborhood is fine but late at night I would not recommend walking alone or as a couple. A little sketchy after dark but no reflection of the host or the BnB, just keep your eyes up. I had no issues and will definitely look to stay here again, the host was fantastic, the place was great. A Great value!!

Marsha is amazing, great service, we hasd an issue and it was fix right away, really on top of other airb&b. I loved the fact that there is indigent roosters in Miami, gives a charm and didn’t bother us. If tou want to live like the resident in Miami, it is the place. The street are not super clean has we are use in Canada but it is cultural. This neighborhood is old but it is very safe, even to take walk with the dog at night. When you meet people, the say hi. One thing I appreciated a lot is the comfy king size bed. I slept so well. In the kitchen there was stuff to start, like can of soup, spice, salt and pepper, enough cooking tools. The fridge sas impeccable and having a washer and dryer was really convenient. The internet was good, I only had difficulty to load a big file, but otherwise it was doing the job. Tv has many channels and it was a smart tv so able to use netflix and other apps. I recommend this place any time! Louise and Ghislain
