This rental has lots of space in the common areas. We had our family Thanksgiving dinner here. Plenty of room for eating, sitting and talking. Games to keep the kids busy in the basement. The Christmas trees were a wonderful bonus for the season. All the family praised the location and home. Great place to have a coffee and listen to the river sounds from the patio. Very relaxing. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants some peace and tranquility while being with a large group.

Wish the carpeting wasn't there. The step into the great room is interesting. Lovely comfortable sectional is in bad need of cleaning. Stains and smells in spots. The coffee appliance would not take the Keurig K cups. We think the needle that punctures the K's is broken/clogged. Very disappointed !!!!!! The pink mold in the shower surround in the basement was gross !!!! A shame such a small refrigerator for 10 people or more and no sink disposable! Not enough sitting for 7 outside or around the fire pit. Massive leaves and sticks on the deck. Room darkening blinds would have been nice. Loved the huge picnic table, but would have been great if some kind of cushions where on the benches. The house is great for a group. Lovely property, loved the stream. Very quiet. Dogs really enjoyed they're stay! Enjoyed a fabulous lunch and cocktails at the Stone House! Hit the butcher on our way out too. Been coming to this are for over 40 years. Always impressive!
