Esta mejor que en las fotos, muy amplio, limpio y de buen gusto, detalles muy agradables como algunos insumos nuevos en el refrigerador, muchos utencilios de cocina, tollas nuevas, la cama comoda, super TV enorme. El patio de los mas lindo, grande y agusto para pasar afuera buenos ratos como carne asada. Muy seguro y privado, sin vecinos ruidosos. A pesar de que la colonia no esta muy linda que digamos y lejos del centro, hay de todo serca, un super, fruterias y San Bartolo el pueblo del barro negro esta por el rumbo. Moy de lo mas amable y disponible, al pendiente de que todo estubiera bien. Definitivamente recomendado y regresariamos!

Nos gustó mucho el espacio. Muy limpio, muy cómodo con todo lo necesario como en casa. Moy es muy amable y muy atento. Nos sorprendió cómo nos recibió, llegamos agotados del viaje y había bebidas para refrescarnos y otros detalles. Moy siempre nos ayudó en lo que necesitábamos. Hay un patio muy bonito, con terraza, fuente y todo para disfrutar la estancia. Nos sentimos también muy seguros. Fuimos con nuestras perritas y todos estuvimos contentos.

Our stay in Oaxaca was amazing, and our stay at Moy's place was the cherry on top. The place is very cool with a great vibe and has everything we need. There is a collectivo just 5 minutes walk from his place that takes you directly to Centro in 15 minutes for 12 pesos. There are also small stores close to his place where we could find everything we needed. Moy himself was an amazing host. He allowed us early check-in and late check out, picked us up and dropped us from the bus stop, and also gave great recommendations for things to do and places to visit. Oaxaca is a great place to visit, with great traditions and very friendly and helpful people and no one exemplifies it more than Moy. ¡Graicas por todos!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed staying at Moy's apartment. It was very calm and quiet compared to staying downtown. Also, very close to the Oaxaca airport. It was also easy to walk to the main road to hail a taxi to go downtown and pick up groceries at the bodega. There is also a bus stop on the main street. If you need help carrying your groceries up the hill, you can hire a TukTuk to take you back to the apartment. Moy was also extremely helpful in his recommendations and even gave us a ride to the airport early in the morning. I would recommend this stay to anyone that needs to be near the airport or wants a calm and quiet experience out of the downtown area.

Moy is a wonderful person, and very welcoming. We LOVED the apartment. The garden is wonderful and beautiful. The apartment is studio style but large and spacious. I enjoyed working from the kitchen counter, or from the patio tables. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved it.
