This cabin is great! Pretty, secluded setting. Easy parking. Deck & porch are very spacious. We made use of: gas & charcoal grills (good condition), hot tub (easy to use controls & excellent condition), basement game table (can be converted for air hockey, pool & ping pong) and washer & dryer (good/big). TVs and wifi worked well. The materials provided about local sites/attractions are a nice touch, especially since Suches isn't as big or well known as some other North GA mountain towns. Joni was helpful answering questions before the trip (we wanted to make sure it was OK to be towing a trailer). Bedrooms are a nice size & have ceiling fans. Kitchen is a little tight but had everything we needed to fix a few meals there. I loved that there were a bunch of extra hooks throughout the cabin to hang stuff on. I have 1 caveat - in the upstairs bedroom there is a space above the door that is open to the ceiling above the living room, so it's slightly less private than expected sound-wise.

We are in the midst of planning a trip in the Fall that will definitely include this Airbnb. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. Passed all of our expectations. Will definitely be a 1st choice in planning future trips! Thank you Joni for an awesome experience!🙂

Joni was communicative and helpful. The setting of the cabin is lovely as it sits right above the rushing creek and is surrounding by lovely water, landscape, and horses. We enjoyed exploring the grounds and feeding the horses carrots. The main parts of the cabin were nice (but a little dusty) and we loved the stone fireplace and deck. It's definitely a "cabiny" cabin not polished with high end decor, etc..which was fine by us. The basement that houses the pool table/air hockey table is unfinished and smelled strongly of mold/mildew so we didn't really use it and mostly kept that door shut and locked. Just something to be aware of if the gaming area is important to you. We didn't really care much about it so it was fine for our party. Loved the hammocks by the creek! Can't beat the proximity to the rushing water sound! Very peaceful. Overall, a good value and experience.

I can not review this property properly, but I can review my interaction with Joni. Joni messaged me 47 hours before I was supposed to check in to the cabin and let me know that I could change my reservation, or cancel it as the owner of the property did not want people to stay there. This message was the first interaction I had with her. Prior to this I messaged Joni 3 times trying to figure out check in procedures, and things to do in the area. When I let Joni know my disappointment in not being able to stay there she told me I had to cancel it and she would not. She would change her refund policy so I received my money back. I let her know that since this is her issue she needs to cancel it and AirBNB will give me back all amounts including their fees. When I messaged her the next morning asking about the cancelation Joni still insisted I had to do it. I sent her a cancellation based on host being unable to do it and she declined it. I had to call AirBNB to ensure this was cancelled properly. The morning after my cancelled stay was suppose to occur Joni messaged me asking how my stay is going and if check in went well. As a “Superhost” Joni should have a better understanding of whom is checked in and who never showed up due to her actions. When we go back up to this area if I see Joni as the host I would not stay with her.
