The apartment was clean and well appointed, and was a great size for our needs. Unfortunately, check in instructions were not communicated in a timely or clear manner. This made the check in process confusing and frustrating. Also, the listing stated that there were 6 beds. This was not correct. There were 5 beds (1 double and 4 singles), 2 of the singles were pushed together and made up as one bed. Since we were 6 single women staying together for a girls trip, this was far from ideal, as we didn’t have a bed for each person - meaning we had to share. This was disappointing.

Great place with superb access to 2 beautiful pools right at your doorstep. Nice and quiet environment to spend some time. Though needed more utensils in the kitchen to aid with day to day cooking.

not a bad place to stay for the money. the lakes is more of a long term renters now not the 5 star resort we rememeber. still good for money.

Amazing service!! I had to rearrange my trip and stay an extra two nights. Emma helped out a lot and was so lovely!!
