This is a private house with 4 purpose-built European standard apartments which can be booked individually or collectively for a private villa holiday with family and friends. Once inside you will see that each apartment has been designed to ensure that you have all the comforts you need to make this your home from home in the Gambia. Bedrooms have hotel quality beds which are twin, or king sized with super comfortable mattresses and modern wardrobe and dressing table, a selection of African fabric bed covers, cushions and curtains to complement the Egyptian cotton linen. The air conditioning will keep you cool from the tropical heat. The en suite bathrooms have large walk-in showers with luxurious body-jet showers supplied with hot water heated by solar The kitchen is fully equipped with modern units a full cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge etc. Within the cupboards you will find all the pots, pans, glassware and serving bowls you might need to prepare and serve your culinary delights. To enjoy the outdoor dining experience there is a BBQ at hand. In the living/dining room there is a large comfortable leather sofa bed, a couple of arm chairs, a flat screen TV with connection to your phone, a ceiling fan as well as a dining table with chairs suitable as a workspace. All rooms have Mosquito nets on all windows Each apartment has a Room safe As we are in Africa and it’s not quite the same as modern Europe we have our own borehole and solar hot water system to provide constant, water and a hot shower! Each apartment has a rechargeable fan and light for when the local power goes off. Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace area with table and chairs so that you can relax with a long cool drink or just sit and listen to the birds singing. The outdoor space is the place for relaxation and evening gatherings. We have somewhere for the Sun or the shade. We have separate seating areas around the poolside, comfy sofas and armchairs for chilling, tables and chairs for dining and of course the sunbeds for catching the rays and relaxing. In the gardens we have an array of colourful tropical plants and foliage including, bird of paradise flowers, lilies, palm trees, an avocado tree, banana plants and papaya.
