We rented this house to celebrate my parents 53rd wedding anniversary and my sons 25th bday, it was the perfect home and a fantastic beach town. We had a blast, seaside is perfect for young and grandparents. I highly recommend this home, thank you Erin!

Our stay was great in more than one way. The view was awesome! We could see the ocean from different windows. The home felt cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed the fireplace. The home was supplied with lots of items and dishes. It was a good place to relax and enjoy Seaside Thank you, Glenda

Great spot at the south end of the Prom in Seaside. Walkable to many restaurants and attractions, easy access to the beach. The home had literally everything we needed for a great, comfortable stay. This is a gem!

Erin’s place was a dream! We had 10 there for a family vacation and everyone had a bed to sleep in and the downstairs was a great place for us to all gather for meals and games. The house was cozy and clean and right on the beach! We loved watching the waves all day and seeing the sunrises and sunsets. We walked the beach at least twice each day. It was the perfect stay at the perfect location! I highly recommend booking her place.

Erin was a wonderful host. Always answered right back. We are always Leary of houses that allow dogs but, this was by far the cleanest and most dog friendly home we’ve seen. No dog smell at all. Entire house was spotless. Also, a very convenient hose with hot and cold water to rinse the dogs. Erin thought of everything for this vacation rental. It is stocked with so many items, everything from toilet paper to band aids. We loved it and will definitely be going back. You will not regret a stay with this beautiful property.
