Excellent place and beautiful surroundings, overlooking the sea. Calm and away from the tourist places. Podi was extremely helpful right from booking till checkout. About 10 mins from the Hikkaduwa town but getting there is quite easy. A grocery shop is right across the road. Definitely recommended.

The place is just perfect, if you‘re looking for something quite and calm away for the usual touristic bustle. The outside area is beautiful (as shown on the pictures) and has direct access to a lovely beach, which in most cases you have only for you. And if you want to go out for dinner in the more busy areas of Hikkaduwa, its only a 5-10 min. ride with a Tuc Tuc.

Great place. Very peaceful. Clean, private. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely will come back. I highly recommend this place. Great sunsets! Podi was very responsive. Every morning the outside was cleaned.

Travelling SriLanka with 2x small children (3 and 5) and partner, this was easily one of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka. The location was perfect. 2km from Hikkaduwa- you’re away from the business however still accessible to food directly across the road (where there’s a small food store). If you do need to go to town, there’s a TukTuk parking out the front and cost only 500LKR. The beach is beautiful and very private. The kitchen/laundry was an added bonus. A turtle sanctuary is a 5minute walk away which the children loved. A highlight of our trip and will continually recommend
