The home was as described, renovated and neat. Overall the place was pretty die a, but the silverware and dishes all had a film on them that was likely from hard water, the same is true for some of the linens. We did find some minir smudges on the sliding doors and there was a used soda can under one if the beds, but this can be easily missed with a highly used rental. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The beds were a little under padded for my taste, so I would recommend a maytress topper if you will be staying a long while. The kitchen had the basic needs. The location is very nice, the subdivision is lovely and has sidewalks throughout. I would highly recommend staying at this rental if you are looking fir a nice, relatively quiet, and affordable place in the Tampa area.

This home is very well modernized with top rated appliances and modern remodeling. I love the walk in shower in the masters suite. Large tv’s are nice and wonderful private furnished screened in lanai. We were very impressed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family to stay. Private safe and nice quiet community. Felt welcoming and warm.

We had a wonderful month, and would give overall 4.5 stars rather than 4. Safe neighborhood, renovations very nice, nice washer and dryer, and great to have a garage to keep our vehicle inside. We would’ve given a 5 star rating with few things added: area rugs throughout the house, more comfortable furniture, and a gas grill (we bought a portable one to use during our stay). We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
