We would definitely go back to this place and recommend it to others. We appreciate these: Clean pool Generous tissue Clean floor mats Clean linens However, some things to improve on: - the right room from the stairs had a weird smell, maybe coming from the loft. Please make sure to clean - water had a "rusty" smell /taste - some bath rooms do not have provisions for hanging stuff - better if the aircon fee is included in the package - bed sheets in the closet - kulob smell

We had an amazing time! Casa De Mercado is an absolute treasure. The care taker greeted us with a smile, no big or small errands and they will surely get it sorted (not that we have one). Communication with booking and check out was no hassle. The place was heaven. The modern “kubo”was very spacious and the bed in the rooms are relaxing, beds are very comfortable too. The pool.. day or night was the highlight of the vacay, everyone super enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again in this “rare find” when we need to stay in pampanga!! Prompt communication from pre-booking to check out. Beautiful and spacious property. Caretaker was also helpful whenever our group needed help with something. Comfortable rooms and clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Mariz!

pros: 1. place look exactly as advertised 2. spacious 3. fully airconditioned 4. we enjoyed playing badminton and golf 5. heated pool 6. convenient store nearby cons: 1. mosquitos were everywhere. in the salas, kitchen, bathroom, pool, bedroom - mosquito killer lamp didnt help much. bring repellant 2. poor maintenance - broken screendoors and door blinds, AC malfunctioned during our stay (but got fixed) 3. intermittent internet connection - there was no wifi on our first night because of the heavy rain. it was clear that they had no control over it, still worth mentioning 4. stray cats and dogs ransacked our stuff and garbage bins outside the house 5. listing said 3 bedrooms but host didnt mention prior our arrival that the 3rd room is unavailable due to AC repair overall, the only negative was the mosquitos in and out of the house, quite alarming especially dengue cases are rising. nevertheless, our stay may have not been as smooth as we imagined it to be, it was still a great place to spend time with family. thanks for a memorable weekend!
