If we could leave more than 5 stars we would! This is by far one of the most special airbnbs we have ever stayed in, nothing short of a slice of heaven. The incredible sunrises and views from the rooftop are something that will stay with us! The house itself is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to be comfortable. La Boquilla is a stunning and unspoilt beach 10 min walk away. Brenda is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, helping us with shopping, laundry, anything we needed. Communication was great and the whole team made us feel very well looked after. Would love to return in a heartbeat!

This is a very special place. The design of the home takes full advantage of its superb location overlooking the Pacific. And Brenda's decor touches make it a real home. You do need to be somewhat intrepid. The road to the beach is extremely steep and rough (and only a single lane), but once we got used to it, it was fine. The beach itself is absolutely precious, and we never shared it with more than a dozen or so other visitors. The boutique Bahia Luna hotel and bar provides wonderful beachside food and drinks and service. One more thing: we stayed in April and it was hot. Very hot. If heat is not your thing, and if you need AC, this may not be a good choice for you. We enjoyed the heat, and the sea breezes (and the fans!). Abel, the housekeeper was responsive to all our needs, as were the cleaning ladies.

Amazing place, an absolute gem, only ten minutes by foot from a marvelous beach with a small restaurant. Very attentive host that takes care of all your needs in record speed. Car is helpful and you should not be afraid to drive on dirt roads but it’s very feasible even with small rental cars.

We loved Brenda's airbnb. It is beautiful, secluded and peaceful. The Boquilla beach is below the house and it is a paradise. We were there during low season so we were never on the beach with more than 4 other people. The hotel restaurant there is also really chill and awesome to take advantage of. Going down the road there is a local restaurant that we also ate at and it was delish. Getting to the beach from the house is fast in car. The drive is 2 minutes. But the rode is an adventure if you are in a tiny rental car like us. We got used to it though. The views from Brenda are breathtaking. We loved the decks and there was perfect furniture to enjoy it all. We were there the start of June and it was very hot!!!That is the only downfall. Without air conditioning the last night was rough because there was no wind. But that's not the house's fault. There is a standing fan downstairs and upstairs.
