Very bad experience of my Airbnb journey. The hotel is located in the remote mountain, the zigzag road to the hotel is very steep and dangerous, we rented the motorcycle without being informed of the potential dangers. My husband fell off the motorcycle when started driving along the steep road, which is 50 meters out of the hotel. So we requested to return the motorcycle and when we checked out we were required to pay the damage of the two small scratches of the motorcycle for 1650 THB, and full charge of motorcycle rent 400THB. We understand and agreed to pay the damage. But we were charged twice for the taxi cost 800 THB which we already paid cash to the hotel driver, and the owner rejected to return the taxi cost. Can’t understand this.

This place is wonderful, to say the least. Amazing place with wonderful view — pictures don’t do the Justice. It’s a must see. It’s a great place to chill and relax. To watch the sunrise and the sunset. To have romantic memorable times. To catch some sun, tan, and chill by the pool. It’s so wonderful if you have these qualities in mind. Things I wished I knew before going in: - Cleanliness is not a priority by property owners so you’ll find the common space a solid 3-star. - staff and the owners are not entirely hospitable. If you have ever visited France, you’ll see the same hospitality as you’d from the common Parisian. - Everything is overpriced and not communicated properly. For instance, they said motorbike rental is 250 to 350 a day but I was charged 400 baht a day - they said 250 is for long term rentals! They said airport transfer is 600 but I was charged 800 because our flight was morning time. They also tried to charge us minibar we didn’t use so please double check.
