From the moment you step through the gate, you feel the relaxed Byron vibe! It's a 2 min walk to Baz & Shaz's 'pantry', 7 mins to Suffolk village, and 15 mins to Tallow Beach. The centre of bustling Byron is a 10 min drive. The Suite has a king-sized dbl bed, ensuite, private entry, private verandah and courtyard with table and chairs, and a desk in a nook. There's a kitchen cupboard with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, kettle and crockery suitable for breakfasts and managing takeaway. Silk Oak Suite is a compact suite on the ground floor of a two-storey wooden house. It is completely private, has it's own ensuite bathroom, parking, entrance, and a sheltered verandah and courtyard surrounded by trees. The Suite has a small study nook, and a space with a fridge, microwave, toaster and electric jug. It does not have a full kitchen, but it is set up to enjoy simple breakfasts and take-away. It's not suitable for full-on cooking. The Suite has a king-sized double bed. The owners live in the rest of the house, and noise can be transmitted from the house to the suite and vice versa.

Richards place is equipped with everything that you need for a short stay. Very comfortable, clean and quiet! Richard was extremely responsive.
Richard’s place was great for a quick weekend in the Byron area. Close enough to Byron but far enough away for a more quiet stay. He had great suggestions for around the local area. Be sure to check out the store around the corner for some local goodies and great coffee!
Great location quiet cul de sac Thais accessible if you drive - very small and basic but clean and comfortable - no kitchen

Visitors to Byron often don't even know that Suffolk Park exists but, as central Byron has become increasingly busy, local families and savvy visitors have discovered Suffolk's tranquility and old-style Byron friendliness. Byron's town centre and patrolled surf beach is a 75-minute walk, or a 10 minute drive away. Baz & Shaz's legendary store is just around the corner from the Suite and is stocked with all the best North Coast produce. The nearby Suffolk Pub is the local's favourite drinking hole, and the nearby Suffolk Bakery is their favourite, friendly breakfast spot. A park, including a lake, tennis courts and a pétanque pitch, is virtually next door. Tallows Beach is a 12 minute walk away. Because of the distance from the centre of Byron, however, a car is recommended.
There's a carpark right in front of the private entry. Everything in Suffolk Park is within easy walking distance and Tallows Beach is about 12 minutes away. The centre of Byron is a 10-minute drive / 75-minute walk. There is public transport, but there are hour-long waits between buses. To make the most of the hinterland, local beaches and Byron's nightlife a car is recommended.
