Time stands still in the village. A great base if you want to do the standard picos tourism - or keep away from the crowds and explore the local area. There’s a great little bar next door too

A true gem! Driving off the main road between Panes and Potes, heading up to the small village Bejes with its stunning views, it was off to a good start. Meeting Rosa and getting the super-nice apartment made it even better. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures, all feels brand new and very nice interior. For us, family with two teenage kids, having two bathroms was very appreciated. The apartment is roomy so it never got crowded. Communication with Rosa during the stay was eazy and quick. When ever we come back to Picos (which we definitely will), our first choice of housing will be in Bejes with Rosa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bejes. Rosa est une hôte très attentionnée, et ce tout petit de village de montagne est parfait pour ceux qui aiment retrouver l'esprit campagnard (avec les chiens de berger, les vaches et les moutons). Le parc national est peu fréquenté de ce côté, ce qui vous permettra d'observer tranquillement sa faune et sa flore. Les plages sont accessibles en 40 minutes en voiture, et la via ferrata de La Hermida est assez sportive. La fraîcheur du climat local est vraiment un plus en période de canicule.

For climbers, hikers or just people looking for a quiet charming place to stay in tiny village this is the place to go. Closest sport climbing places are just couple of hundred meters away, La Hermida Via Ferratas just 10min drive down to road and the stunning scenery where ever you look. Rosa made clear that there are no shops or restaurants close by but if you do the shopping on the way and you're happy to cook yourself there is no better place to think of. Rosa was also very helpful and provided even a cot for our baby to sleep in. Very happy, thank you once again!

La estancia ha sido perfecta. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, con todo lo necesario y más, con unas vistas espectaculares y un entorno inigualable. No hemos podido estar más cómodos. Rosa ha hecho todo lo posible para que no nos falte de nada, pendiente en todo momento y súper amable. Muchísimas gracias por estos días, cuando volvamos por esta zona repetiremos aquí sin duda!
