Kimberly and Derek are awesome hosts! The check-in instructions were very clear and loved that it included step-by-step photos. Kimberly was very proactive about reaching out prior to check-in, providing the check-in instructions, and encouraging me to reach out if there are any questions or concerns. Check-in was a breeze and loved that the place was brand new, had a great design, was clean and spotless, and had so much attention to detail. Loved the complimentary snacks and drinks in the kitchenette - very thoughtful. The sofa and bed (including sheets/linens) were very comfortable. I felt right at home in this place and it checked all the items off my list. The location can't be beat as it was just a few minutes walk to Main St., where all the shops and restaurants are, yet the place was quiet and secluded. I had an excellent stay at Kimberly's pied a terre, and had a fun time exploring the town of Murphys. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again in the future.

Pied-a-terre was fantastic! Beautiful quiet resident within walking distance to all the fantastic wineries and restaurants Murphys has to offer. Kimberly was an awesome host. Everything was clean neat and orderly. We would definitely recommend pied-a-terre!
