You’ll stay in an extra bedroom in Michael’s office. The bathroom and bathroom are private; however, other areas are seen on camera. These places include the hot tub, office, and the hallway in between the bathroom and hallway. That was our main issue during our stay. If you’re okay with that, we’d recommend this place!

The place was clean and nice, exactly as described. For a business trip or a lower cost, convenient place to stay it is an awesome deal. His office is in the front room as is used from 9-5 during work days. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, and even snacks. The bathroom had every necessity you could need. I was a bit disappointed to discover that the hot tub was on the back deck of the primary residence and the children and adults living in the home could be seen very plainly through the windows and large sliding glass doors. They didn't bother us while we were in the hot tub, but it defiantly did not feel like a private experience. If that doesn't bother you though, the hot tub was really nice. The unit was only 5-10 minutes away from the mall and about 20 minutes away from downtown Erie. The biggest issue we had was finding it because we arrived in the dark and the "road" leading the residence is actually a long driveway that isn't labeled with a sign.

We stayed during the weekend (after office hours) so we never had to share the space. It was very clean and had many amenities that we really appreciated. Michael was very hospitable and I would recommend staying here!

Great place to stay between traveling can relax and recoup for the next day. The place is well stocked with coffee and snacks! The hot tub is completely amazing very re-energizing for next day of travel. Thanks so much Michael :)

Exceptional place to stay with a perfect location! Many options for shopping, restaurants and so much more! Very clean and updated space and a very large hot tub to enjoy during your stay! Michael makes everything so easy between check in and anything you may need, all you need is bring your belongings and your ready! Coach's bar and grill at Elmwood and 38th is worth a trip with great food. But if you love barbecuethen you MUST try The Outback located right next door to Coach's...you will not be disappointed! May I suggest the pulled pork? Going back to try the ribs since they sold out fast!
