"The Aerie" is one of seven unique homes that make up "Earth & Sky Dwellings" (formally Treehouses of Serenity). We are located just 10 mins north of downtown Asheville nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Each property has expansive windows in order to take in the long-range mountain/sunset views and includes fully functioning bathrooms. Please note, we love our pups, but we do have a strict no-pet policy. Also, prior to booking, please read and understand the cancelation policy. We understand that life happens. As a small business, we hope that you understand our need to maintain a consistent cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing trip insurance that covers expenses from last-minute cancellations of lodging and transportation due to theft, medical, etc. Travel Guard is an affordable option to ensure you’re covered in the event of the unexpected. Feel like a soaring eagle as you take in the views from The Aerie. This 3 level "birdhouse" is equipped with a queen bed in the loft, kitchen, and bath on the middle/main level and living room on the lower level. This birdhouse is trimmed with modern piped lighting, a 6-foot round window to take in the view and a jeweled stained glass window which is representative of the mountains we call home. The living room has a comfy fold-out sofa with a memory foam topper, TV (Nextflix & YouTubeTV), and many games for the family. In the kitchen, we provide caffeinated coffee, creamers for coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, olive oil, and light snacks along with cookware, flatware, utensils, cutting boards, cookware, wine and beer openers, coffee cups, wine glasses, water glasses, and beer glasses in the freezer. Our tap water is some of the best in North Carolina. There is not a vent for the electric cooktop located under the cabinet (there is NO stove), so we ask that you cook lightly. There is an electric grill to cook meat, etc. Ingles, Trader Joe’s Harris Teeter, and Fresh Market grocery stores are located nearby.
