Tamara apartment is ok. Good location. Easy parking on the street. We spent most time on patio faces south with a lot of sun all day long. Step away there is jacuzzi and pool. Nice landscape around. Contact with Tamara is very easy and quick

Tamara is a very responsive host. The apartment is very nice and a great location to get to know Palm Springs. The pool and hot tub were really nice and just outside the back patio.

I really enjoyed my stay!! Everything met my expectations! Perfect location in Palm Springs. The pool & jacuzzi were steps from the back patio. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Palm Springs!

Tamara is a very kind, responsive and generous host. There were some plumbing/flood hiccups due to the unprecedented Tropical Storm Hilary but Tamara was on top of ensuring everything was handled quickly and fairly. The property is older and some furnishings, fixtures etc could use a little love however the location is excellent and, for the price, you can't beat it. Something to keep in mind if cigarettes are an issue is one nextdoor neighbor chainsmokes on their patio constantly making enjoying Tamara's patio/pool area difficult unless you bring out a fan. But that's not Tamara's fault and she's a very sweet and gracious host. Very walkable neighborhood, close to Trader Joe's, ample parking and short drive to anywhere.

The condo is in a great location, right next to hot tub & pool. Bed was comfortable and nice bedding. Furnace did not work but owner provided heaters within a few days. Condo needs to have a good deep cleaning and updates especially in bathroom & kitchen. Also lacking supplies such as tea towels, small plates, casserole dish, measuring cup, coffee grinder etc. No lounge &/or folding chairs to use for pool area. No key provided to get into pickle ball court or other pool areas.
