Honestly, we made a mistake staying here. There are a lot of things wrong with this place. We had to stay in a different house from the one we rented because it had problems with the hot water. The management forgot to tell us that there was a building site in front of our terrace and we could not use the terrace during our stay. Also, all 3 televisions did not work, the water in the shower was either too cold or too hot and the water leaked out of the shower. There was a lot of sand in all the corners and the lights in the second bedroom had no switch. The manager on site, who also runs the restaurant, decided to ignore us from the start, knowing that we would be demanding guests, and stuck to his strategy until we left. The pool area, as well as all the mattresses, cushions and finishes are poorly maintained. The cushions were disgustingly dirty and full of bird droppings, the hammock was broken and the toilets near the pool were in poor condition.

En general todo super bien... El lugar super comodo, a 1-2 minutos caminando de la playa, tranquilo. Super recomendado para familias con hijos que quieran vivir la experiencia Venao (playa super cool, buena area de casa club, clases de surf, buenos restaurantes, y tour a isla iguana (desde playa arenal - a 30 min de blue venao) para el avistamiento de ballenas en esta epoca del año - Hermosisimo). Los unicos temas que encontramos como oportunidad de mejora son los siguientes: 1. Alquilamos 2 villas. Cuando llegamos 1 de las villas no tenia su llave en la "cajita" sino que estaba puesta en la puerta de entrada 2. Las persianas de la villa de 3 rec estaban atoradas (entrada principal y cuarto niños), eso si llamamos al anfitrion y resolvio rapido. 3. Habia un tema con los TV (creo que uno controles extraviados), pero total, nosotros no vinimos a Venao a ver TV sino a disfrutar de la playa, paisaje, etc.

Great villa on a good location in the park. A small walk and you are on the beach or at the pool. 2 great beds, a comfortable couch and a nice kitchen. The 2 bathrooms are convenient. Great that there is a washer and dryer. A lot of nice restaurants in walking distance. Try the foodtrucks, the sushi is delicious and from a very friendly Panamanian family :)

Las instalaciones son excelentes, para pasar unos días en la playa, si eres amante del surf, sin duda esta playa te encantará
