Or relax and enjoy Netflix on the 55inch tv. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD Scott’s place is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is situated is a unique mixture of nature and metropolitan living area, like no other neignouhod in the city. It is safe, clean, fun and just beautiful.  My home is close to Glen Stewart Ravine, the Toronto Beach, Abridges Bay, Boardwalk, local restaurants, cafe, boutique shops, and Queen street entertainment (including Toronto Jazz Festival), all within walking distance. It is close to the subway station and has 24 hour streetcar access at the bottom of the street that provides easy and quick access to Downtown Toronto, Harbour Front, Air Canada Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame, Historic St Lawrence Market, Heritage Site Distillery District Microbreweries, Rogers Centre, Exhibtion Place, Ontario Place and the famous CN-Tower. You'll love my home because of the location, being at the heart of the laid back Beach area in Toronto with access to the boardwalk, local cafes, restaurants and shops. You'll also love it for its ease of transportation, being so central yet quiet, cozy but modern, clean, beautiful, and bright. All this in a lively neighbourhood that's fun to explore. Spotless and cozy this home is newly renovated and was professionally designed as seen on the TV show "Love It or List It". Designed for comfort, my home features hardwood flooring throughout and is well appointed with stainless steal appliances and comfortable spaces perfect for both families and international travellers. It sleeps up to 8 guests and comes with all the basics needed including fitted sheets, duvets, towels, hi speed wifi, television, Netflix, A/C and all kitchen necessities. There is also a popcorn maker and a variety of board games. Here is the breakdown: Main Floor: features a kitchen with heated floors, dining room , living room with gas fireplace and laundry room. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge. There are also small appliances such as 4 slice toaster, Keurig coffee maker, blender and popcorn maker as well as dishes, glasses, pots, utensils, soap, spices, coffee, tea etc. Dining areas seat 6 plus 3 additional bar stools for eating on the Quartz countertop. GETTING AROUND This Beaches apartment has a very high walking scores meaning that most amenities are within walking distance.  The famous Toronto Street car stops right at the bottom of the street and connects to all the other lines, subways, buses and trains that take you to all the sites and sceneries Toronto has to offer. This quiet and fun form of transportation dates back to 19th century where the cars used to be pulled by horses. It's a historic, efficient and environmentally friendly way to commute and only offered in very few cities in the world. You will get to experience it right outside of your door step, only a 2 minute walk. In addition CNTower, Eaton Centre, Dundas Square, Air Canada Centre (ACC), Riply's Aquarium, Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO), Toronto Centre for the Arts, Mervish Theatre, Kensington Market, St Lawrence Market, Exhibition Place and CNE are all a short TTC ride away from the house. Canada's Wonderland, Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls Casino are 1-1:45 hours away from the house depending on traffic. The Toronto Zoo, University of Toronto St George and Scarborough Campuses, Ryerson University, George Brown College, Casa Loma, Toronto City Airport (Porter Airlines) are 15-25minutes drive away from the house. Living Room has TV, High speed WIFI throughout the home, 2 comfortable sofas. Second Floor: Large bright master bedroom with King bed and another bedroom with double bed and a pull out couch. Large modern bathroom with soaker tub and shower. Third Floor: bedroom with Queen bed, office area and a walk-out rooftop patio. Backyard: Main floor access to back deck with a Weber gas BBQ and table and chairs for outdoor eating . RULES - Absolutely no parties or events  -must be 25+ to book - Quiet after 10 pm  - No candles or other open flames allowed on premise - No more than 8 people in the unit at any given time -Please leave the unit as you found it, clean and tidy, and ensure dishes used are washed and put away or at least in the dishwasher, used towels and wash cloths left in the laundry baskets. -There is a large garbage bin outside and two recycling bins by the porch as well as a green bin for food waste. -Check in is after 3pm & check out is before 11am -If you need parking, you can obtain a permit for street parking online.
