Amy was lovely and very helpful to assist with last minute changes. Her place was clean and tidy, a perfect place to stay in Ayr to attend a friends wedding. It’s walking distance from buses and overall a lovely stay!

This was a rather unsatisfactory experience that I wouldn't repeat. Messaging response time (we didn't receive the entry code in the morning as promised) was slow. Furthermore, once they reply, you have to wait again for their next message. The washing machine's all-in-one dryer doesn't work. The refrigerator is dirty inside. The floors still had visible dust bunnies. While the apartment accommodated 4+ people, there were only 3 chairs for the table. There was no garbage can in the on-suite bathroom. The kitchen garbage can had no bag. Annoyingly, ALL the doors close automatically. They send SMS messages rather than using AirBnb messenger (which means that AirBnb can't see the dialog if there is a problem.
