Right in the middle of the richest area in paris and a very beautiful and calm neighbourhood. Many families, many parks and there's many different bakeries, shops and cafe's. I spent 4 months here for my studies. It was an extremely safe place for me to live alone as a woman. Police around the corner, metro line 3 is one of the safest lines at night and only 100 m away. Virginie was very helpful and always responded immediately. She did everything to make you as comfortable as possible during the entire stay. Very understanding as well when something ended up breaking and reciprecating to feedback. The only downsides, since the barstools are not very comfortable for long sitting, the studio did not have a comfortable place to study or work which I missed. Since the bed is a pull out as well and not the best one at that, it also isn't really made for long term stays. Overall, I strongly recommend staying here when you go to Paris.

The location is perfect very safe and reachable😍💯 Very safe area The host is helpful and always responsive The heater is not warm enough during the winter The bed is comfortable Everything else is ok and useful I have a wonderful time living this apartment

I stayed in this flat for 3 months and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the area is lovely and feels very safe, the flat itself was very clean and perfect for one person (good size, all appliances). Virginie was also a great host and always replied to messages if I had any questions. She also gave me a very thorough tour of the flat when I first arrived which was very helpful :)

Great place and very close to the metro to get you anywhere
