House was great. With two floors and a basement there was plenty of room for all 13 of us to enjoy our time there comfortably. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was nice, and the outside was peaceful. Train behind the house wasn't a problem, didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our large family! The upstairs was a little hard to keep cool on the really hot days and the basement is really cold. All bedrooms are either upstairs or in the basement so that was the only complaint. The location was amazing! We walked to the cul-de-sac and got to watch the fourth of July parade. The house is well stocked including books,toys and games. The train was a little loud but the kids loved it being so close so it was worth it. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property even on patio or driveway. Overall, it was a great week in a fantastic house!!!

Wonderful home in close proximity to everything in monument. Stayed for a wedding and easily fit 5, could've fit more if necessary! As others had said there is a train that rolls by fairly frequently but after a few times you get used to it and becomes entertainment to watch.

The house was huge, super clean, and had everything we could possibly need. Hosts were fabulous to work with and were quick to respond.
