Pat’s charming home, located in a nice neighborhood convenient to all Rose Bowl activities and the game, was perfect for our group of seven adults. Lots of interesting things to look at throughout the house, complete with board games and a full spice cupboard for cooking. Will definitely stay there when Michigan makes it to the Rose Bowl again.

Pat is an awesome host and so responsive. Checked in with us often to see if we had questions and met us when we checked in to give us a tour. She is such an interesting person and has relics all over her house that are really cool to check out. My only complaint is there wasn't a ton of room for us. The kitchen has a very small oven and no counterspace which made it hard to cook for a group. Other than that, the home is cozy and the back patio is great.

Pat was a wonderful host and her home was gorgeous - I had a fantastic time, and even when I wasn’t out and about in Pasadena (great location with lots of food spots), there was plenty to do inside the house in terms of board games and the pool. Very nice, quiet neighborhood, highly recommend! Thank you, Pat!

This is a true “old school” Airbnb - someone’s actual home they are sharing with strangers who want or need an alternative to a hotel stay. Pat’s home is a warm and inviting space filled with stories embodied in precious items and photos throughout the house. We had a wonderful stay and Pat was lovely to communicate with.

Pat was a gracious host welcoming us to her home. We are used to keyless entries where you never meet the host, but Pat was very flexible with our check-in, and put us at ease. Communication was great, and she was very respectful of our privacy after our initial tour. For example, she came back at one point to pick something up, but she gave us ample warning and worked with our schedule and what was convenient for us. Her home was a great base to visit our nearby family from. Cute neighborhood with lots of walkers strolling past, walking distance to yummy restaurants, and an easy drive to bigger stores and local hiking. As many others have noted, it definitely feels like you are staying in a relative’s home—so just be aware. We read that in the description and reviews, but it still took us a bit of adjustment. There are lots of potential breakable collectibles, but at the same time it felt like we were truly welcomed to enjoy the space (including our kids, 8yo and 12yo). It really does feel like a home.
