I can't put into words how great my stay was at this place, so I'll do the best I can. Alicia was highly communicative from the day before I arrived and throughout my stay. This private studio was the perfect spot for my 5 week stay; it's clean, bright and beautiful! As well, it opens up onto a quiet patio oasis perfect for writing, meditating, visiting, grilling, reading or napping. I was impressed at how quiet really, considering the location. Which is also worth mentioning...this location is fantastic for almost anything. I could get good food, or fast food, or good fast food. I could get groceries, a beer, a cocktail, cannabis, shop, dance...all within walking distance. Hikes are about 7-10 min drive away. Alicia is a wonderful host and when I arrived, she greeted me and made me feel so welcome. I felt so at home in this little Hollywood spot, that it was emotional for me to leave. If I were to return to Hollywood, I would stay nowhere else. Thank you, Alicia!!

Alicia’s place is my best long-term Airbnb experience I’ve had in Southern California. She was a responsive and clear communicator throughout my stay. The listing itself was in perfect condition, and the location is fantastic. On top of that, it was a great value. I would highly recommend to anyone!
