This is the second time I’ve stayed here—the neighborhood is beautiful, the apartment is warm and welcoming, and Roy and Patti are great hosts—they’re available if you have any questions, but always respect your privacy. The apartment was spotless and felt like home. And I love the private patio in the back!

Very generous hosts. They were friendly and accommodating. They met us for check in, showed us around and even had a small breakfast set up for the next day! It had been a long travel day so it was wonderful to have a few things in the fridge to start us out. The best thing was the back yard. We had a sunny weekend and sitting out there was a treat. Thumbs up - would definitely stay again.

After staying in Roy and Patti’s place last year, it was an easy decision to book it again for this years visit! The apartment is just as described in the listing . Perfect for our party of 4 . Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and full of useful extras. Very thoughtful hosts also - Roy had remembered my nephew enjoyed playing basketball in the local court last year and had a new basketball ready for him to use this year. Great location also - very safe, quiet and lots of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. We are already looking forward to our 3rd stay next Easter hopefully! :-)

Roy and Patti were such amazing hosts. They let me check in early, provided bagels, fruit, coffee, and more. Also a very beautiful spot. We unfortunately accidentally damaged one of their cabinets which I feel awful about. They were incredibly understanding, very nice people and place, highly recommend.

Fantastic! Roy & Patti were terrific hosts. Excellent communication. Place was lovely and located in a quiet safe neighborhood and close to restaurants and public transit. From check in to check out, everything was seamless. SPECIAL & MUCH APPRECIATED NOTE: Roy & Patti had some fruit, water, a few bagels, etc on hand so we didn’t have to rush out the first night for groceries!!! So extremely thoughtful! We were able to pack light too as the house was equipped with many must have necessities. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
