We greatly enjoyed our time in the cabin. It was clean, cozy, and close to restaurants and activities. Communication was clear and David and Yuko provided many amazing, personalized recommendations for our group.

My family of 4 loved this cabin - it was quirky, cozy and modern all at the same time, as well as spotless and comfortable enough to hangout on a rainy day. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked (coffee bar!) and we cooked several times. The center of Boothbay Harbor was a lovely 15 min downhill walk across the new pedestrian bridge. We had fish and lobster as well as superb Italian food, took a puffin and whalewatch cruise, saw a concert at the Opera House, and took a dip in the bay without touching our car or dealing with parking. Boothbay Botanical Gardens is just a 10 min drive away and was another highlight of the week. Yuko was extremely communicative and helpful throughout. The only thing I would warn people is that the upstairs loft was a little tight for my very tall young adult son, that space is a little more geared towards kids, but we made it work, and overall it was a fantastic stay.

David and Yuko have placed a lot of thought into this Air B&B. The property is so beautiful and charming. It's quiet and so close to town. I was able to run from there to a local preserve for a 5 mile loop. So beautiful!!

We spent a wonderful week at David and Yuko's cabin! The cabin itself was very comfortable for our group of 5 and had everything we needed, including a crib, toys, and dining equipment for our toddler. The air conditioning was appreciated on some of the hotter days and there was also a lovely screened in porch where we were able to relax and eat our meals. The cabin is situated in a beautiful wooded area and feels secluded, even though it's just a 10 minute walk down the hill to the park/beach or a 20 minute walk across the footbridge into the main Boothbay Harbor area. Yuko sent tons of great recommendations, including activities our son would enjoy, and was always quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay again and would recommend the cabin to others staying in Boothbay Harbor, especially families with young kids.

My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our week at the log cabin. The home is set in a lovely, quiet area with the convenience of being able to walk to the marina (the footbridge reopened during our stay). The cabin was clean and well supplied with all the conveniences of home. Yuko communicated well and shared lots of information/recommendation regarding places to visit and dine. Our stay happened to coincide with the Windjammer Festival, so we were able to enjoy some special events/activities as part of the festival. It was the perfect relaxing getaway from our otherwise busy daily lives. Would definitely visit again!
