Had a lovely stay at Aaron and Stephen's property. A cosy flat that I felt right at home in. I came for work and had an unexpectedly late check in and Aaron was really cool about it. He was really helpful and friendly and the flat was a super warm, comfortable and relaxing environment to stay in. Would more than happily like to stay here when I find myself in Leeds.

I was very well received and the photos match the space! The space is cozy, clean, quiet and with complete privacy and very close to the center of Leeds! The host is very attentive, helpful and concerned about welcoming you! He gave great recommendations for Pub’s and places to visit!

Aaron was a great host and welcomed me on arrival, gave me a tour of the basement flat and instructions on how to keep the flat warm and cosy for the duration of my stay. It was always easy to get in touch and get prompt responses to any questions I had. Flat: Literally had everything I needed and more, all cooking utensils you’d need, washing machine/drying rack, heaters, dehumidifier and vacuum. Nice hot shower and good water pressure. Easy to keep the flat warm during the snowy days. Area: Quiet neighbourhood with Armley town centre a 10 minute walk away with decent shops (Greggs, Herons and poundland to name a few), I had no issues walking about the area. Aldi was a 15-20 minute walk. Walk to Leeds city centre was 45min-1hr with plenty of bus routes along the way, my go to was the 16. 20 minute walk to Enterprise car rentals, so it was very handy having parking out the front (on street) there was always lots of on street parking even if not right out front.

You can’t get a better host than Aaron. He was so welcoming and friendly and no problem was too big or small. His recommendations for the local area really helpful and the place is exactly as described in the listing. It’s such a peaceful place to stay! Would for sure book in again if need to stay in Leeds!
