Kate & Lyn’s place is a step above the typical Airbnb. It is clean, thoughtfully laid out and furnished and very cozy. They are responsive, helpful hosts and the space was above and beyond our expectations. We travel 3-4 months of every year and stay in many Airbnbs, Kate & Lyn’s place is among our very favorite. Pitlochry itself is only a few minutes stroll away, the Blair Athol distillery a few minutes stroll the other way. Lots of good pubs and kitschy souvenir shopping in town, as well as a good grocery store. All walkable from the apartment. Highly recommended.

Host was extremely kind and helpful, and proactive in helping us find/reach the place. The home is gorgeous, wonderful view from the kitchen. It was the perfect homebase and place of rest while we explored Pitlochry. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.

Kate and Lyn place was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect with Pitlochry many amenities within easy walking distance. Would recommend booking with them to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay there . Very spotless clean. No fault. What a beautiful view while we were sitting outside. I would recommend anyone or friends stay there. The lady is friendly person and helpful

Beautiful location in Pitlochry within walking distance of all local amenities. On site parking was a big plus. The accommodation was spotlessly clean with everything you would need. Lots of local walks from the doorstep. Convenient location for other attractions in the area. Would not hesitate to return for a further visit.
