This place was perfect for our family of 5 and allowed for family to visit during our stay. Everything you could ask/need was in stock and available at the house. Walking distance (4 houses to be exact) to our favorite beach, perfect location. We’ve always had luck at Higgins Beach, but this might be the place to repeat!

Our second stay at Derek’s place did not disappoint! Some nice upgrades (air conditioning in second bedroom upstairs, additional new coffee maker, etc) made this year great. We hope to be back!

My family and I had the best vacation we've ever had all together-9 of us, AND all of us hope to be able to stay in Derek's house again. It is a perfect location at a perfect beach. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Derek is a super host, quick to respond, helpful and flexible. We enjoyed the beach, the marsh area, and this very well stocked, comfortable home. The weather cooperated too. We feel lucky!
