Since our initial booking we felt confident that Iain and Sara's place would be an ideal base for our trip to the Isle of Wight. We were met and made to feel right at home, our attic room was light and airy, very comfortable and with easy access to the shared bathroom facilities. On arrival, we were made a lovely pot of tea, which we enjoyed in the attic lounge, which has tea making facilities and a TV. Their breakfast was fantastic, with cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurts and boiled eggs on offer. The music playlist drifting through from the kitchen was also very enjoyable. Throughout our visit, Iain and Sara were perfect hosts and their place is in a lovely location, being close to the ferry port at Yarmouth, and an ideal base to visit many of the island's attractions. We would certainly recommend Iain and Sara's place to anyone who enjoys good food, good conversation and easy access to the island's many attractions. Thank you very much, you are a credit to AirBnB.

Iain and Sara are great hosts and their house is gorgeous. They were very accommodating in allowing us to store our bikes in their garage. We had the use of 2 lovely rooms on the top floor as well as a shower room on the first floor. Our twin bedded room was very comfortable and we had our own sitting room with TV which was a treat. We ate dinner at the Waterfront restaurant, ( as recommended by Iain and Sara) only a 5 minute walk away, not overly expensive and the food was very good. Breakfast was just right - especially enjoyed the fresh fruit salad and the boiled eggs and toast. We enjoyed the company of the cats and they certainly weren’t a bother if you didn’t want them around.

Shortest of hops from coast path, perfect for walkers, made us tea and coffee on arrival and looked after us, plenty of space, with own living area, great price and hosts.
