It’s my first time in New York and decided to rent Fred’s place for the whole month of July. This was the best decision I made. So if you’re looking to rent a short term airbnb for your trip in New York look no further. 
 Firstly, Fred is such an amazing host. He responds quite quick so if you run into any trouble hell be there to help you out. Secondly, the location. This airbnb is located in one of the best areas of New York (in my opinion). It is close to the metro (Fulton street) and bus station so you can get to upper Manhattan or Brooklyn pretty easily. It is a 5 minute walk away from the pier which is an amazing location to spend your morning or to end your night. It is close to world centre, the 9/11 museum, Brookfield place, and the Brooklyn bridge. Thirdly, the room is spacious and it’s got everything you need from the desk, mirror, pots, pans, and not to mention a washing machine and the view of Brooklyn bridge!!!! I'll book this again when I come back

Great apartment in what is now one of my favorites neighborhoods in NYC, if not my favorite. I’m lucky I found this very rare opportunity to live in the Seaport. The host was very easy going and fun to be around. The roof has awesome views of the Brooklyn bridge and lower Manhattan. I really liked how artsy and spacious the loft felt over a regular NYC apartment. Highly recommend!

Fred is a very kind person and attentive host. His place is located in one of the most interesting regions of Manhattan, and the building is probably one of the oldest in the city. The view of the Brooklyn Bridge is amazing, and there are lots of options of restaurants, cafes, bars, and museums nearby. For those interested in visiting other parts of the city, the Fulton Street metro station is less than a ten minutes walk. I definitively recommended staying at Fred's place.

This is a very nice spacious room in Fred's Apartment. There is a beautiful view of the Brooklyn Bridge and you are in a very fun lively area that is literally just outside the door. Fred and Lana are very nice and accommodating, I loved talking with them about the city and our experiences while cooking or in the common spaces. The wifi works well, and you have access to the rooftop which is a nice place to relax or have a glass of wine. I had a great experience, and I would stay again.

I had an amazing stay here. Fred and Lana are extremely nice. The location is great, just 5/10 minutes to the subway station. I would definitely recommend staying there.
