Extremely spacious house with lots of room for relaxing and activities. Host was extremely responsive and went far and beyond to make sure we had everything needed for our stay. Would DEFINITELY come back.

Great stay. Brought all my parents' friends to surprise my mom for her birthday and the house and location did not disappoint. We ended up having 13 people and there was more than enough space for everyone. The table is huge which was the best part for large groups. The kitchen was perfect for cooking all our meals and had enough space for people to help. The grill was ready for our use and the house was supplied with all the necessary cooking items as well as cutlery. The surroundings of the house were absolutely beautiful. You walk into the backyard and are met with gorgeous mountains. Backyard was also huge so my dog could run around freely. Vasili was great with communication. He responded very fast to all questions and gave instructions prior to me even needing to ask for them.

Vasili hosts an 11 bedroom, 15 bed with 4 full bath villa. This property worked perfectly for a gathering of friends for a weekend. There was plenty of space for groups to play pool in the game room/refurbished barn, play board games at the 15 person dining room table, or play video games in one of the two living rooms! My gathering was in the Summer and we were impressed that each room had window AC units to keep us cool! The property is also close to hiking and a river/creek that you can drive to which is available for public swimming!
