Our third stay in this beautiful little gem. It has everything we need, in a lovely setting. Michelle and Steve are delightful, friendly and so welcoming. We just love staying here and getting to chat w them a little. Michelle is so thoughtful, leaving goodies and checking in throughout our week stay.

This place is beautifully decorated and very close to the lake. In fact, you can see the lake through the trees from the little sitting area. I used Lyft to get to the University in the morning without a problem. I enjoyed a pretty autumn walk through the Conservancy to get into Middleton for meals. Michelle and Steve were incredibly sweet and generous and always made themselves available if needed but otherwise respected my privacy. Nights were very quiet and restful and I loved the firm mattress! I definitely recommend this stay while in the Madison area.

Very private, comfortable room and amenities. So much better than a hotel, and more reasonable. Easy parking, host was there to receive us and orient us, clear notes within the unit. Secluded area by the lake. Wish the weather had been better while we were there to enjoy the patio and views of the lake. Host was gracious to loan us some binoculars to be able to see our son in the band at the UW football game. Will definitely return!

Michelle was responsive and clear about check-in and her place was nicely decorated. Not a lot of amenities but we didn’t need that. We would stay there again.
