This was our 4th year in a row, so that speaks for itself. We love the new pool addition! The heating option was a great add on if needed. This is the best family vacation. We look forward to booking year after year.

This is our second time at Gert and Sarah’s beach house. We stayed last Spring Break and couldn’t wait to go back. We love the location - easy to drive in for dinner and fun in Gulf Shores and then come back out to relax and be away from everything. House is spotless, fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and additional amenities like dishwasher tabs/detergent. The best surprise this year was the new pool! We didn’t know it was going in and found out a week before our stay - best news ever. Our family spent lots of time swimming - pool is gorgeous and the pool area has plenty of room to hang out, eat, read and just relax. Beach access is right across the street through their open lot. Super easy to come and go from the house to the beach. …and makes for an amazing view from the jetted tub. We love our time at their house and hope to be back next year. Sarah and Gert are amazing hosts!
This is our third year to stay and we will continue to go back. It really is great!
This place was awesome! Gert and Sarah went above and beyond with accommodating our needs! Comfortable beds, very clean, and beautiful beach decor! Wonderful view! We saw dolphins from the deck! We felt extremely safe and removed from the hustle and bustle. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again in the future!

We purchased our beautiful waterfront homes after years of vacationing with our families in two of our favorite locations. We put much thought into the details, including all of the kitchen amenities and appropriately themed interior decor. We transformed the Gulf Shores, Alabama beach house into a happy and colorful beach-themed place. The pristine white beach offers something for everybody: Fishing, blue crab hunting, dolphin watching, surfing, canoeing or paddle boarding, sandcastle building or just relaxing on the beach…and all that, just a few steps away from the house. We renovated the Waupaca, Wisconsin 1930’s vintage lake cottage into a quaint and charming lakefront adult-only getaway. The beautiful spring-fed lakes of the Waupaca Chain O’ Lakes offer water activities galore during the summer months: Swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking…or simply relaxing on the dock. The winter months offer their own set of activities: Cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling…to cozying up to the freestanding antique-inspired gas stove. We hope you will experience a home away from home in either of our vacation homes! We look forward to seeing you!
