We stayed for 3 months and have absolutely no complaints. Wipawe's Mom is the "host" and is FANTASTIC. Very responsive, welcoming and helpful. Arrived to a welcome basket and food that was very much appreciated. Suite has a little wear and tear, but still great. Building is immaculate. The area is not in a main tourist area, but only 10 to 20 minute walk to get to Iconsiam, ferry across the river, hop on hop off Boat, BTS, Senafest shopping, etc.. Traffic noise was not great but we got used to it. Bed is typical Thai bed, little hard for westerners but we adapted. Cheap refillable water station on main floor was very convenient. Infinity pool and views were beautiful. Extra bonus is there are pretty frequent fireworks in the area and we could see most of them from the balcony. Building staff were great, we got them to print stuff for us and although there was technically a charge, they never charged us. The air conditioners were fantastic, it did not take long to cool down. Recommend!

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen viermonatiger Aufenthalt in Bangkok in der Wohnung von Frau Wipawe. Besonders hervorzuheben ist ihre freundliche und hilfsbereite Art, die mir bei allen Anliegen zur Seite stand. Einmal ist die Klimaanlage am Abend ausgefallen und Frau Wipawe hat sich unverzüglich darum gekümmert, dass ein Techniker innerhalb von 20 Minuten vor Ort war. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Als besonderes Highlight empfand ich den Pool und das Gym, die ich regelmäßig genutzt habe. Als großes Plus ist auch der Skytrain zu betrachten der einen in ca. 15 min ins Stadtzentrum beim Lumpini Park bringt. Einziger Nachteil war die Lautstärke des Verkehrs in der Nacht, da die Fenster nur einfach verglast sind. Glücklicherweise gibt es aber dicke Vorhänge, die den Schall etwas isolieren. Insgesamt hatte ich eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung und kann sie jedem nur weiterempfehlen.

Cozy apartment with everything a couple may need to feel at home! Amazing facilities in the building (infinity pool, fantastic gym, open areas) and it’s close enough to public transportation. It’s also 800m from the new Iconsiam mall, which was the icing on the cake. All and all one of our best experiences so far. The hosts could not have been any more helpful and thoughtful... simply perfect!

I stayed 5 months at Wipawe’s place, and everything has been perfect and beyond expectations! I really enjoyed the area, a more local area vs the other side of the river, with extremely friendly people and all the facilities you need within walking distance. Also very easy to go wherever you want to go thanks to BTS and boats. The building Urbano Absolute is amazing, with stunning gym and infinity pool on the rooftop. The apartment has everything you need and is perfect for 1 to 2 people. But the highlight has been the kindness of Wipawe’s parents, amazing hosts treating me like a friend and doing every effort to assist when needed. I had a terrific time in their apartment, where I felt peaceful and “at home”. I will for sure go back if I have the chance to stay in Bangkok in the future. Thank you so much Churaiporn for being such a warm and lovely person! I will never forget about those amazing 5 months at your place 🙏👍🤗

Definitely worth the stay. Amazing quiet area that's close to everything you would need. The bts isn't too far from Wipawe's place if you'd want to go explore the city and there's grocery stores, cafes, and little restaurants all within 10 minutes of a walk. Very modern and stylish place that's the perfect size for 1-2 people. Very pretty view from the place, and the rooftop gym/pool was an amazing bonus to the stay. There was also a yoga and sauna rooms on the rooftop floor for your enjoyment as well, which was also very nice to use. Overall the stay at Wipawe's was amazing, and I can't really think of anything bad to say. Definitely consider staying here when coming to Bangkok.
