Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderbar!!! Genau wie auf den Fotos! Wir reisen viel und haben schon viele Airbnb Wohnungen gebucht. Nicks Wohnung war eine der Besten! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Einrichtungen ist schlicht und trotzdem viel Liebe zum Detail, sehr durchdacht und gut organisiert! Wir wurden herzlich von Rommelyn empfangen. Die Kommunikation mit Nick war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Nizza.

We had a wonderful stay in Nick’s beautiful apartment. Whilst the inside itself is an amazing space and both comfortable and exceptionally designed, the location in the heart of the old town is phenomenal. 3 minutes to the beach, 30 seconds to all the markets and bars around the area- we will be back! The apartment was spacious and Nick was a great host! The location is perfect to get to the beach and explore Vieux Nice (the old city). It was really easy to get to and from the airport via bus which was great since we were traveling with luggage. The apartment was beautiful. I would stay here again and highly recommend this location for anyone coming to Nice.

Nicks place is amazing. Very spacey apartment in the old building. Nicks has preserved the old tail floor which adds a unique atmosphere and also keeps the floor cool in summer months. All basic amenities are up to high standard (well equipped kitchen, good shower/toilet, plenty of lights/sockets, dish washer, fridge, nespresso machine). It was very nice that we could have a dinner in the open kitchen area and also have a drink/snacks in the lounge area in the bigger room. All in all, great experience and a safe bet to stay in Nicks apartment (that was our second stay with Nicks). Love from Stockholm, Alex/Laima.

un appartement conforme à la présentation, dans le vieux Nice très animé, mais dès que les vitres sont fermées, c'est le calme absolue dans une décoration zen et très agréable.
