The property is clean and reasonably maintained with comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen. It’s on a quiet housing estate with on road parking and is about a 12 minute walk to the town centre. It’s not a Townhouse as described but a semidetached property with 2 large and 1 smaller bedroom, and a shared bathroom on the first floor which is the only lavatory. WiFi is fast and the heating and hot water is efficient. We did have problems with the plugs in both the hand basin (which did not prevent water draining) and bath (which was difficult to open and meant the bath did not drain). My main comment would be that the description fails to mention that the house is accessed down a flight of concrete steps with a less than secure feeling handrail. We had an 83 year old who found this daunting and if any guest has mobility issues this might be a problem. Otherwise it was good base for our visit.

To be honest, I haven't used airbnb before so not sure on what to expect, I got ok value for money but would have paid more for better accommodation, the house is a house not a town house ? needs an upgrade in my opinion.

Great place to stay if you want to walk to Henley . Maybe a bit less then 5 minutes away Very safe neighbourhood Paul is a great host , what else can you wish for.

We found the. place perfect for our purposes, a centre for a 3 day visit to Henley-on Thames for a wedding. We were 5 adults and 2 small boys. The small back yard gave us a place to take the boys safely. The Unit was clean, dry, comfortable, well equipped and a pleasant 10 minute walk from the high street. A quiet neighbourhood.

Great little place to stay whilst working away from home.
