Great location. Came for part of SXSW and could walk to everything. Ryan was very responsive and took care of the one minor thing that came up. Would definitely use it again!
This place is very close to the convention center, restaurants, and night life. It is clean, and we felt very safe with the gated parking.
This place matched the description very well. Check in was very easy and straight to the point. The location was perfect and walkable to a lot of restaurants. I will definitely stay here again if i’m back in Austin.
Property was great in hat it provided six beds for six guests, and was very conveniently located. Ryan was (again) easy to work with and provided us with assistance on early check-in which proved hugely helpful. The one slight surprise/difficulty was the bathroom arrangement: one bathroom was public access to all guests, while the second was in a master suite and inaccessible at time when that guest was asleep. It pushed us to work out shower schedules in advance so it was not more than a minor issue, but we'd probably look harder in the future to avoid that issue.

I have been primarily based out of Austin since 1994. As much as I love the city, I also enjoy traveling and photographing vacation destinations and tourist attractions around the world. I used to be the CEO of a tech business that I founded in 1999, but I sold that in 2015. I purchased and opened my first rental property in Austin in 2013. Within a year, I had a dozen more, and began managing properties for friends and family. Today, I operate over 50 doors in multiple cities. Since childhood, I have always wanted to own/operate a hotel. Not counting the dozens of Airbnb's, I accomplished that goal in early 2020 when I was able to purchase the Hotel Flora and Fauna in Wimberley with one of my best friends since childhood. Then, again in 2021 with the addition of the Shiner Country Inn. Now, I am looking to expand our Austin operations with several sites purchased and waiting to be developed. I really enjoy hosting guests stay at the rental properties, and I want to provide so much more than just a place to stay. My goal is to create a memorable experience for my guests. I want my guests to know that not only does Austin always deliver a good time, but that these homes away from home are always waiting for you. With my connections in the travel industry, and tenure in the cities in which I operate, I strive to provide a level of service you will not find with other rental managers.
