The bed and breakfast was better than we could have imagined. We arrived a bit later than anticipated but nonetheless Ronald was very quick to respond with instructions on how to get into our room. When we finally met the hosts the next day, they were gracious enough to continue the breakfast/brunch service despite us sleeping in a bit. I would also be remiss not to mention the homemade muffins which are almost worth the stay by themselves. Will definitely stay there again provide they aren't booked up!

Really great place to stay! If you're looking for a place to stay in Three Oaks or nearby, you'll be hard pressed to find a better spot. It was very comfortable, convenient, and pleasant. Our bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was fantastic (heated floors!), and the location is close enough to the downtown area to be a convenient walk away but not close enough to hear anything. Also, the breakfast they served was delicious. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Excellent place to get away! Quiet old home setting, with outstanding landscaping and outdoor spaces (I could live on their front porch), close to lots of delicious restrooms, markets, parks, antique malls, and coastal access. Additionally their breakfast each morning was amazing, better food than some of our meals out! Highly recommend.

Loved our stay in this beautiful home! The room/house were beautiful and the hospitality was beyond wonderful! Oh and the breakfast was beyond amazing! Stay here! You won’t be sorry!

What a terrific host. The home is beautiful. Ron thought of everything to make a guest feel welcomed and at home. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. Ron was very helpful in providing recommendations and quick to respond to texts. Overall, a great stay with a great host.
