Migdalia was a kind, responsive, and proactive host. Leading up to move-in, Migdalia gave me clear instructions on where to park and how to find her. When I asked if she had a monitor, she went out of her way to see if a family member could drop off their monitor. She was also flexible with check-in time. Unfortunately, I canceled my reservation early because the host was smoking in her room next door even though the place was listed as a smoke-free home. It was difficult to sleep at night with the cigarette smell in addition to outside traffic from the highway at night and early morning. Furthermore, Migdalia cleaned the room well for move-in, but the room itself can get dusty real quick. When I moved out because of the smoking and inaccurate listing, I reached out to Airbnb support for a full refund on my remaining nights. Migdalia made the process more difficult for me by only offering a partial refund even though she was at fault.

My 2 month stay with Maggie has been my best airbnb experience to date. Maggie is just AMAZING! I feel that word does not do my time at with her and the apartment justice. She was so friendly, welcoming, helpful, went above and beyond to make my stay the best it could be. Within 5 minutes of walking through the door and talking to her it felt like I had known her for years and the apartment soon felt like a second home. By the time I left I can honestly say she is a lifelong friend and feels like extended family. The apartment was lovely and homely, had EVERYTHING I needed, the room was spotless, fast and reliable wifi, a really really comfy bed, TV, mini fridge, washing machine in the apartment. There are so many local amenities within walking distance and the subway station is a quick 5 minute trip up the road/15 minute walk. The building was safe and secure and other residents were very friendly. I'm so sad to have to leave but I will be back without a doubt. Thanks Maggie!

We thank Migdalia for the reception. We can say that the hostess is a hospitable, pleasant conversationalist who provides enough information. We had everything we needed during our stay. the bed is also comfortable. Public transport is good: there is also an express bus to the center and other buses and the metro. It's just not close to the center. There is also a shopping center right here. And full of places to eat We were satisfied. We recommend it.

Maggie really is the best! I am so happy I found her listing and stayed with her! She’s so sweet and always ready to help you, no matter what. The bed was comfortable, the room has AC and you can just make yourself feel like at home! Thank you for everything Maggie ♥️
