This private cottage is a newly-renovated two bedroom house sleeping up to 4 comfortably (2 twin beds, 1 full and extra optional sleeping on couch). Fully equipped kitchen, dining room area, towels and bedding, lots of kitchen items and heat/air makes staying in the charming House of Joy perfect for singles, couples, and families. Smoke free property! We supply hand soaps, cleaning products, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwashing pods and detergent pods. Please note : we provide the best AT&T Wi-Fi in the area and Amazon Firesticks ready for your favorite apps, we do not guarantee these nonessential third-party services i.e. as we are in the mountains. We do provide pre-logged in apps for your viewing, but too often we are logged out, so be prepared to log into your own apps. Starting 2024 bring your own shampoo, conditioner, coffee & coffee items. We supply linens, blankets and towels (please note if you are very picky about towels bring your own). Parking Harlan We have plenty of parking; * The carport two large cars may fit. * In front of the garage a large car or two smaller cars may fit. * The concrete parking area next to the smaller houses, two large vehicles. * The driveway parking area in front of the smaller houses 2 vehicles with a trailer may fit. We prefer no one block that area unless they have booked the entire property. We need to offer parking to our other guest as well. * Curbside parking: you can park on the opposite side of the street not the same side of the street.
