What a wonderful condo. A beautiful property right on the water. Waking up and looking right out at the ocean was fantastic! The condo was compact, but vert well decorated and free of clutter. Perfect for a shorter stay.

We loved staying at Kapa’a Sands 5! It could not have been more perfect for our 3 night getaway. The location, overlooking a wide open section of beach, was stunning. Beach access was just steps away. The studio was furnished with everything we could have wanted during our stay and was decorated so charmingly. The kitchen was also well stocked as was the lanai with beach chairs etc. It was located walking distance to shops, coffee, all the things you could want for a perfect vacation. Tom was an amazingly responsive host and we would love to return again to this little spot of paradise!

This little condo was peaceful and lovely. The view and sound of the ocean was beautiful and there was access right outside to a small beach with tide pools containing schools of tiny fish 🥰

Tom‘s place is in one word: AWESOME It is nice and quiet and has everything you need in 5 min drive distance or even walking if you wanna check coconut market out. You will be up north in about 40 min and the same goes for south (poipu beach) All in all an i can only recommend this place
