We had a great stay at Swprdfish villas. The place was clean, the pool lovely, walking distance to the beach.The host was responsive and the staff were kind, will definitely be back.

Der Besitzer ist selbst sehr zuverlässig, allerdings ist sein Personal vor Ort sehr unprofessionell. Man muss wissen dass die Villa von einer überforderten Firma gemanagt wird. Das erste was uns die Ruth gesagt hat war dass wir nicht alles erwarten dürfen was online steht. Bei der Buchung steht es z.B. dass die Wäsche nach Bedarf per Hand gewaschen wird, das hat sie uns sofort bei der Ankunft verdeutlicht dass es zwar damit geworben wird, sie es aber nicht macht weil sie keine Zeit hat. Klopapier würde nicht nachgefüllt. Die zuständige Managerin war schlecht erreichbar. Über uns würde mit den anderen Personal gelästert, dass wir schwierig seien, obwohl wir nur das Service wollten was angegeben war. Prinzipiell wurde alles was wir bemängelt haben nur dann erledigt wenn wir Michelle selbst kontaktiert haben, oder erwähnt haben dass wir ihn sonst kontaktieren würden. Insgesamt ist die Villa sehr schön aber leider mit einer schlechten management und teilweise sehr unfreundliche putzdame.

The villa was beautiful and we could not have wished for a better place to stay. The beach was right around the corner and the town with shopping and dining was a short ride away. All in all it was a wonderful place and I would gladly book again. Ruth was our housekeeper and she was very helpful and kind. There was a large kitchen and plenty of appliances that we could cook with. The pool was beautiful as well.

This was a great place to stay! It was beautiful and the staff were very welcoming. The location to Malindi town was great too. The beach was a bit further away than expected. However, the pool was perfect! Definitely a place to stay again!

The villa is gorgeous. The compound is well kept. All the amenities that you need for an extended stay are available. The layout will comfortably accomodate 6 adults. Security 24hrs/day. The neighbrhood is safe but I guess security is just standard. The staff is great. The house keeper (Ruth) is wonderful and she took excellent care of my wife and I. If you arrive by plane expect to pay 300 shillings. If you arrive by bus pay 200 to get to the place. Just tell the driver to take you to the marine park. When you get to the park take a right on the dirt road, the second left, keep straight to the end of the road. You have to purchase internet but the tower is close so you get an excellent signal once you log on. The beach at the marine park is free and if you go at low tide,the tide pools are fantastic. Ignore the sign with the fees on it. The only thing that really bothered me was the unruly guest in the neighboring villas. The villas are close together and open so if your neighbor has unruly kids or if they like loud music you are in for some terrible afternoons. I don't have any gripes about the villa but my neighbors sucked. All things considering, I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.
