We stayed in this flat from late August through late December and overall had a very positive experience. Pros: *convenient location; in Gay Village, within easy walking distance of all the key areas of Manchester, Piccadilly station, and U of Manchester *across from nice park (one of few in Manchester) *owner and caretaker both responded promptly to messages and concerns (thank you, Philip!) *spacious *includes bonus bed in little loft space *great bathtub and new kitchen appliances Cons: *front of apartment is noisy on weekends because it is located on road where all the Ubers for nightclubs stop *some minor improvements are needed (and I believe owner will take care of these if asked), e.g., need more complete kitchen items to make kitchen truly useable for cooking, need much more lighting throughout (Manchester is dark!), only one set of sheets for the bed Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and are grateful for our time in Manchester.

We lived in Andrea's apartment for 2 months with our baby daughter. Great and very well equipped apartment, brilliant location. Philip and Andrea did everything they could to accommodate us, which was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this place!

This place is fab - it's a great location, you can get anywhere in the centre of the city in 20 mins. If you want to go further, then Piccadilly train station is 5 mins way, St Peter's Square for the trams is just as close. Manchester is an amazing place to visit, I was rushed off my feet trying to see everything. The apartment has everything you need for an extended stay (I was there for a month). Just Go!

Andrea and Phillip made our 4 month stay at this flat an absolute pleasure. The flat is bright, clean and airy, and the exposed brick and wood gives the place real character. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and should we have had any issues Phillip was on hand to help (and Andrea fast to answer any questions). In terms of location it couldn't be better - literally a 5 minute walk to the midst of the city centre and surrounded by the bars and clubs of the Gay Village which creates a great atmosphere (if not a little bit loud on the weekends!). Safety is also not an issue as even though the surrounding area can be busy at weekend the flat is safe - with codes to enter each door. The flat itself is is finished to a very high standard (the bathroom and kitchen especially - the shower is great!!) and staying there was a truly brilliant experience. Having come for an initial 4 month stay I've now decided to stay permanently in Manchester as the city is such a wonderful place to live. I cannot recommend a stay at Andrea's place more, I have made some wonderful memories and would love to spend more time at this beautiful loft conversion apartment in the future!
