Antonino is very friendly and accommodating, he gave us many recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The house is cozy and very close to the beach. The bathroom and kitchen are a bit dated but still in a good state. The view from the roof terrace was especially nice. The neighbourhood felt very safe and it was calm and quiet.

Everything was great Antonino is very helpful, all issues were resolved instantly The location is excellent, the sea is very close, the waves are heard right at home A huge deserted beach where you can walk or drive a car along the very edge of the sea, if you came in winter like us)

Professor Bono's lovely house is superbly located on a virtually private road, next to the beach in the greater township of Tre Fontane, perfectly positioned for expeditions to ( the amazing, unique) Selinunte, Campobello, the beach town of Mazara del Vallo and Marsala. With all the positives: spacious, lovely back-yard, well equipped kitchen, with some appliances rarely found in rentals; fine bathroom, good beds...there were petty annoyances which detracted...It could be, that it was early in the season and perhaps the rental had not been sufficiently prepared...Nevertheless, here is the list; The towels were old and dingy, should be replaced...there was no hand soap and only half a roll of toilet paper, the promised oil was non-existent as was the promised shampoo...It must be said that we carry our own shampoo and oil, not expecting that they be provided but if one advertises them, they should be present. More exasperating was the trash situ...That part of Sicily mandates separation of trash, requiring upwards of five containers...There was two. And no garbage bags,,,My wife put out the organic on the schedule in our own plastic bag...It wasn't picked up, but was tossed around by some local animal, requiring a cleanup, which we did. Lastly, the picture shows the upper, outdoor terrace (a wonderful touch) furnished with furniture and a bottle of wine...There was no furniture, just an empty space...we never went up. Lots of small stuff, easily correctable...Fix them and the place goes back to 5 stars, which is its potential.

Antonino is a great host, always smiling and available. The villa is amazing, 50m from the sea, amazing roof top, Garden and terrace ! La dolce vita !

Very spacious villa with it own private garden just a short stroll from a lovely sandy beach. Ideally located for visiting this charming south west corner of Sicily, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist areas.
