It was a great stay with a really clean flat and open space. Dimi sent us lots of recommendations for the island and was very accommodating. Great location 2 min walk from the beach and 1 min from a bus stop to Kos town and Tigaki. Thank you Dimi 🙂

Dimi is a great host. Very friendly & responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean & well equipped flatlet. The double glazing is excellent, so although the flatlet is above a car hire/beach buggies etc & there is a loud (music playing) sports bar opposite , you do not hear anything. There is air con, so it does not matter that the windows are closed even when hot. The location was excellent for us. Beach is literally at the end of the road. There is a tour operator right next door to book trips (the coaches pick up from here too). All the trips we went on were well organised and excellent). There is a local bus stop not too far away. There are two mini supermarkets close by & a larger one just up the road. There are affordable and quality restaurants & bars very close by (Smileys is my recommendation, not too expensive & important to me, they cater for vegetarians). We would definitely stay again, as the flatlet is well-equipped & convenient for our needs. Thanks Dimi.

Dimi è stato un Host fantastico! Sempre presente e gentile , ci ha consigliato un sacco di posti da visitare e tanti ristoranti, in più si è offerto di portarci all’aeroporto e di venirci a prendere! L’appartamento è pulito ed accogliente e molto luminoso e con ogni confort a disposizione,situato in una zona strategica in modo di poter raggiungere ogni parte dell’isola in poco tempo (abbiamo noleggiato un motorino 50 ma consiglio un 125). Accanto all’appartamento c’è un piccolo bar che mette spesso musica a volume alto la sera, ma non ci ha infastidito. Consigliatissimo sia per l’appartamento in se che per la gentilezza e disponibilità di Dimi!

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub auf Kos und einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dimis Appartement. Darin ist alles, was man braucht. Im Flur stehen auch Putzutensilien. Falls man zwischendurch kurz saubermachen möchte. Das Mobiliar ist ein wenig veraltet. Aber für den Preis ganz ok. Dimi ist sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Auch Vorschläge für Restaurants mit leckerer Küche hat er uns gegeben, wo es sehr preiswert war. Wir empfehlen das Appartement auf jeden Fall.
